ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL

Aluminium composite panels are produced by placing low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or fire-resistant mineral filler core (FR) between two aluminium sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm. Superior protection against external factors is provided by applying a PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) or PE (Polyethylene) based paint coating on the upper surface. Thanks to its high surface flatness, low expansion coefficient and mechanical strength, it is widely preferred in exterior cladding systems, ventilated facades and industrial applications. It offers perfect solutions to technical and aesthetic needs in the construction industry with its fire resistance, UV resistance and long-lasting performance.
